On November 22nd the College of Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (www.cbttherapies.org.uk) is holding a one-day workshop in Bath on Weight Management. In this highly experiential workshop, you will discover a range of techniques combining Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnosis, Mindfulness and Visualization techniques to support you and your clients through the weight -loss journey.
Beverley Harper, Senior Lecturer and CBT Therapist at CCBT, explains that “The weight loss industry is worth millions of pounds predicated on the premise that people who have weight issues will try anything which promise weight loss.
